Our house fondue recipe:
300g of Ogleshield cheese
(To personalise, use 200g of Ogleshield and 100g of your favourite cheese!)
1 garlic clove
150ml dry white wine
Dash of brandy
Pinch of black pepper and nutmeg
Serve with baguette (why not pre-order a Lovingly Artisan baguette with us?) and charcuterie, alongside a rich fruity Red.
